{First Verse}
I was stuck on the past year and past couple days/
With these short beats that was all blank and delayed/
Now its done 'cause my trials got my head on straight/
For 2013's thirteenth track of my very first mixtape/
Even though depression was killing me/
And every day struggling had, big effect my ability/
Always wondering if God was the epitomy/
Of white lies being told different by the enemy/
He kept me calmed and kept my mind at ease/
Made a couple friends along the way, keeping the peace/
Showing me he 's all real when the hell was a tease/
And it felt long but flew through it all like a breeze/
It did me a favor/
It taught me to be the, light of the world and become that savor/
And not to be like everybody else/
Giving me no other choice but to do the opposite, never fail/

{Hook}
Life was, full of debris/
When I dealt with the mice and the ants and the roaches and the centipedes/
Struggling to make ends meet/
Living off food stamps, section 8 and welfare with the family/
Hate came like 3rd degree/
Burning all the love and our separation caused bitter rivalry/
Homeless with no privacy/
But I grew faith through all the road bumps and now I got my house keys/

{Last Verse}
Not a fat nigga, but I sure love a full refrigerator...yeah, can ya feel me?/
There came times where, there was nothing but grains by itty bitty/
Other times it was full but fam was acting so iffy/
So I left that city, and I really got my life full erect, like a titty/
Pointing up like my stiffy/
You couldn't treat the King right, 'cause you hand was shitty/
You was blind by your envy and your pity (what a shame)/
See, all you had to do was say God just forgive me/
And you really gotta fix me 'cause I been so snitty/
But you kept the snitty pity and you turned really bitchy/
Then you really tried to play my life like a three six--ty/
--And now you miss me, 'cause I left the city/
And you realize, we will never see 50-50/
Ever since I grew witty and been feeling like a milli/
Left you in dirty water now i'm off to new beginnings/
